CI-2422 Recycled Rubber Filled Polyurethane for HVAC Critical Dash and EVAP
Sealing
Dimensional stability is a direct correlation to “life of product”
functionality. Coat-It, Inc.’s technologically advanced polyurethane,
CI-2422, provides this dimensional stability when exposed to engine compartment
fluids at extreme temperatures. CI-2422 offers superior performance
characteristics such as tensile strength, compression deflection, R-value and
NVH properties in comparison to traditional EPDM foams. CI-2422 delivers a
positive environmental impact via component weight reduction, the utilization
of post consumer rubber particulate and an EU-approved biocide.
